Description
The Chained is an enemy encountered in Easy Mode, debuting on Wave 10. It has significantly more health than the enemies that appeared prior and frequently appears in groups. To top it off, it has many and high resistances for its debut, making it an even larger threat.
Appearance
The Chained has a dull tan skin color with a dark brown torso and legs. It dons a pair of dark gray shoulder pads and has a large dark gray metal shackle with a rusted chain on each of its arms, as well as several boils. Lastly, it has an appalled expression and is drooling green saliva.
Strategies
- A few low-end early game towers (though higher end towers are always an option) such as mid-level Rangers and/or Shotgunners should be adequate in taking them out for their debut in Easy Mode. Several more upgraded towers should then be able to wipe them out in the later waves.
- Low-end splash/piercing towers such as 2-4+ Ranger with its abilities and/or Shotgunner can also adequately aid in dealing with groups of them.
