Description
MLG Normal is the first gamemode of the MLG Event, being the only completable one between it and MLG Nightmare. It features a plethora of enemies related to MLG memes as well as four bosses: the Eradicator, SUPER REVIVED TOLIET JOHN MK I9X, Dank Celgar, and The Illuminati.
Similar to Toilet Mode, it features many enemies with extremely high health compared to other gamemodes. It also features enemies with 
Full Stun Immunity as well as 
airborne enemies, both of which were added to the game after the former's release. However, far more starting cash is given to compensate, and these enemies have negligible damage resistances.
Upon beating MLG Normal three times, players will obtain the Troll Tower, a cheap tower that acts as bait and can apply random effects to those in its vicinity. There are also generous 
Gold and XP rewards, allowing for players to grind it for money; however, Expert Mode can be beaten instead for greater rewards, and it is a better choice for players who have the means.
Strategies
- A few high-level DPS towers are recommended to beat the first few waves. Such options includet 4-2 / 2-4 Juggernaut, Golden Juggernaut, or bottom path Railgunner.
- Due to the amount of enemies grouped together, crowd control towers that do not deal or ignore explosive resistance can clear out enemies quickly. Such options include 4-X+ Helicopters.
- Important waves include the following:
- Wave 10: Debut of the Dew Kid; an extremely fast enemy.
- Wave 11: Debut of the Spooky,,,..,.; an enemy entirely immune to explosives.
- Wave 13: Debut of The Dawg; a stun-immune enemy with high health that spawns in spaced crowds.
- Several maxed DPS towers are required to clear waves with the debut of bosses as well as other high-health enemies. Such options include towers used in the early game, but upgraded and higher in number.
- On Wave 16, one Eradicator with boosted stats will spawn. Spamming baits is crucial to prevent the death of towers due to its high percentage damage, but it can otherwise be taken out easily.
- On Wave 21, the SUPER REVIVED TOLIET JOHN MK I9X will appear, but it is slow; defenses should be sufficient to take it out when it spawns.
- Important waves, aside from the aforementioned, include the following:
- Wave 24: The debut of the SPEED1!1!!!; an extremely fast enemy.
- Wave 28: The debut of the Troll Physics; an airborne enemy that spawns in groups.
- Many maxed DPS towers are recommended. Using ones already incorporated into the defense should be sufficient.
- Due to the Humanity Must Accept Its Oncoming Fate, For the Event of Arrival is Nearing.. that debuts on Wave 35, towers that do not deal or ignore gold damage are required.
- On Wave 30, Dank Celgar will spawn. The defense will require at least
16,000 DPS to break his shield gained through his Stanky Aura, and more to defeat him. - On Wave 35, Humanity Must Accept Its Oncoming Fate, For the Event of Arrival is Nearing.. as well as The Illuminati will appear. Using abilities to stun The Illuminati and boost DPS of towers is recommended; otherwise, it is just a matter of replacing towers out of range of The Illuminati.
